- As parents and Educators: able to recognize when we make comments that may promote eating disorder tendencies – and that we encourage our children to eat healthy and exercise in moderation.
- Not talk about (as a parent) of their negative body image
- We are not anorexic, we are proud of who we are and we don’t go along with the crowd

- Think of being something you aren’t
- Not knowing that someone is struggling with eating disorders
- Getting sucked into eating disorders
- Not knowing the signs of eating disorders
