Our Staff: CHERYL NICHOLS Drugs & Alcohol I was born and raised in Kansas City and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Economics and Fine Arts. I retired from banking to be a full-time wife and mother. I am happily married to Jerry Nichols and am a mother of five children, I have lived in the Philadelphia area for twelve years. In 1994 I became a volunteer for MADD (Mother's Against Drunk Drivers) following an alcohol related crash in Colorado in which my son Taylor was killed and three of my other children were critically injured. Since this time I have spent many hours talking with youth, parents and offenders about the choices we make and in particular how these choices affect others. It is my belief that individually and collectively we have the power to save lives. We must each do our part. |
